World Bank UBEC Project Context
The Urban, Blue Economy, and Climate Resilience (UBEC) project is a World Bank-financed initiative supporting Saint Lucia and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines in building climate resilience through blue economy investments. The GCBT Platform serves as the automated MRV and compliance engine for this project, ensuring all disbursements are linked to verified environmental milestones and that national sovereignty over fiscal data is maintained throughout.
